At Conglomerate Graphics, we are committed to delivering premium quality logo design, web development, branding, and eCommerce solutions. Because our services involve custom, labor-intensive digital creation tailored to your specific business requirements, we adhere to the following refund policy:
Deposits: All initial setup fees, project deposits, and onboarding payments are non-refundable once creative research, strategy formulation, or design work has commenced.
In-Progress Work: If a project is cancelled by the Client during the design phase, Conglomerate Graphics reserves the right to retain the deposit and bill proportionally for any completed milestones or hourly work performed up to the cancellation date.
Final Deliverables: Once final design assets (e.g., logo packages, brand style guides, source files) have been approved and delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Website development projects are structured around strict technical milestones. Payments made upon the completion and approval of a milestone (such as wireframes, design mockups, or development staging) are final and non-refundable.
Once a website or eCommerce platform goes live on the client’s server/domain, the project is considered fully executed, and no refunds can be processed.
If Conglomerate Graphics must terminate a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund of any unearned fees for uncompleted milestones will be promptly issued to the Client.
