At Conglomerate Graphics, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom design services tailored to each client’s unique needs. As all our work is creative, customized, and often time-intensive, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds on Digital Design Services

All design services (including but not limited to logo design, branding, marketing materials, and custom graphics) are non-refundable once the project has been initiated or any design work has begun.

Due to the nature of digital creative work — which involves time, skill, and labor that cannot be reclaimed — refunds will not be issued for completed or in-progress projects.

2. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your project before any design work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred. Once the design process has begun, no refund will be provided.

3. Deposits & Payments

All deposits or upfront payments made to Conglomerate Graphics are non-refundable. They reserve your spot in our design queue and compensate our team for time allocated to your project.

4. Revisions

We provide a set number of revisions (as outlined in your project package) to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the direction of a project, please communicate with us during the revision process so we can make adjustments within the scope of the original brief.

5. File Delivery

Once final files are delivered and approved, the project is considered complete. At this stage, no refunds, cancellations, or changes will be allowed.
